20% restocking fee on returned goods. All returns require an authorized RMA, contact morrison@vgs-inc.com for details. No returns on print to order graphics. Standard Production time is 7-10 business days. Contact VGS customer service if rush delivery is required. Will ship ground service (3-5 business days) unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are billed through Compass Group UPS / LTL Account.
